We never built a single advertising campaign for this structure. Check-up, IVF, dental and aesthetics services each came with their own decision journeys, their own audiences and their own communication needs. Alongside the domestic operation, separate campaign structures were built in four countries for health tourism.
Results
- 7 months: Uninterrupted campaign and optimization work
- 300 forms per day on average: the seven-month average for check-up campaigns
- 800 forms per day on average: the last 30-day average for check-up campaigns
- 100 forms per day on average: IVF campaigns
- 300–900 forms per day: the daily form band produced by dental and aesthetics campaigns together
- 4 countries: an active health tourism campaign operation, kept separate market by market
These figures include completed web forms only. Phone calls and inquiries arriving over WhatsApp are not part of the results.
Not One Campaign, but a System Split by Department
In a healthcare group, you cannot reach someone looking for a check-up and someone researching IVF treatment with the same message. The creative approach that works for dental and aesthetics services does not produce the same outcome in corporate hospital communication. Health tourism, meanwhile, has to be handled entirely separately by country, language and service.
So the Meta and Google Ads campaigns were split by service line. Check-up, IVF, dental, aesthetics and health tourism operations were each managed against their own goals and their own performance data. The health tourism campaigns in four countries were not merged under one global campaign either; every market was judged on its own dynamics.
Growth Did Not Come From One Winning Ad
The volume that emerged was not the result of a single creative or a short burst of spend. It came from the right campaign separation, regular creative testing, budget allocated according to performance, and continuous monitoring of form conversions.
Across the seven-month period, check-up campaigns produced an average of 300 forms per day; over the last 30 days that average reached 800 forms per day. Within the same operation, IVF campaigns averaged 100 forms per day, while dental and aesthetics campaigns together produced between 300 and 900 form conversions per day.
This engagement shows that in multi-location healthcare organizations with several specialties, growth has to be managed through a measurable system split by department rather than through a single ad dashboard.
Measurement Note
The "form" data here refers to completed form conversions measured in Meta Ads and Google Ads. Phone and WhatsApp inquiries are excluded. A form conversion does not mean the same thing as an appointment, the start of treatment, or a sale. The organization's name and commercial details are withheld for client confidentiality. The results belong to this organization and to the stated engagement period; they are not a performance guarantee for other projects.
If you run several units and several markets, let's look at a department-level campaign system together.
