TuruncuKasa.com is a multi-brand cosmetics marketplace that gathers strong names such as Avene, Nuxe, La Roche-Posay, Vichy and Orzax under a single roof. Thousands of products, dozens of brands, intense competition. And one clear request on the table: grow without raising the budget.
Here is where things stood 2.5 months later: on the same ad budget, revenue rose 65%, TuruncuKasa.com's SEMrush Authority Score grew 2.5×, and conversion signals that had previously been lost on the GA4 and Meta Pixel side became more reliably measurable. This article is the story of how that result was produced.
The Starting Point: There Was Traffic, but the System Was Not Working Together
TuruncuKasa's problem was not indifference. The site was getting traffic and the ads were running. The problem was that the pieces were working without any awareness of one another:
- There were thousands of products and a complex feed structure; product data could not be used in an orderly enough way inside the advertising systems.
- Google and Meta campaigns were running in isolation from each other; the two channels were trying to reach the same goal by different routes.
- There were measurement gaps on the GA4 and Meta Pixel side; some conversion signals were being lost or could not be processed properly.
- And the most critical constraint of all: the growth had to come without any increase in budget.
Advertising systems run on data. When the data is incomplete or scattered, even the best campaign performs below its potential. So we started not with campaign settings, but with the system itself.
What Did Smartkid Do?
1. Measurement setup: accurate data first
The GA4 and Meta Pixel implementations were reviewed, and critical e-commerce steps such as product views, add-to-cart and purchase were reorganized. The aim was simple: send cleaner, more usable data to the learning systems of the ad platforms. With these changes, conversion signals that had previously been lost or could not be processed properly became more measurable.
2. Merchant Center and the product feed
Across a catalog of thousands of products, titles, descriptions, category data and product attributes were brought into a more orderly structure. This is invisible but decisive work: the more clearly Google sees a product in the feed, the more accurately it places that product in shopping ads.
3. Google and Meta campaign structure
Campaigns were rebuilt into a more readable structure based on product, audience and purchase intent. On the Google Ads management side, the setups were shopping-led; on the Meta Ads management side, the split between prospecting and retargeting was clarified and creative variations were put head to head through regular tests. Campaign names, budget splits and targeting details are trade secrets, so they are not shared here. What we share is the approach itself.
4. Organic visibility and authority
Digital visibility was tracked throughout the engagement as well. In SEMrush measurement, TuruncuKasa.com's Authority Score grew 2.5× over the period. This reflects the authority of the domain as measured by SEMrush — a durable visibility asset that is independent of advertising, and an indicator of how healthy the work carried out on the SEO services side is.
Results: 2.5 Months in Numbers
- 65% revenue growth on the same ad budget. Growth that arrives while the budget stays fixed is the clearest proof of a system's efficiency.
- A 2.5× increase in the SEMrush Authority Score. The brand gained a visibility asset that does not depend on ad spend.
- Conversion signals measured more reliably through GA4 and Meta Pixel. Decisions now rest on more usable data.
Why Did This Result Come Through?
The honest answer: not because of a single campaign setting. Because product data, ad structure, measurement and organic visibility were treated as parts of the same system, the budget could be put to healthier use. As an e-commerce advertising agency, this is exactly our approach: manage the sales system, not the dashboard. If one of the pieces had been missing — the feed fixed while measurement stayed broken, or the other way around — this picture would not have emerged.
Data Transparency Note
The revenue increase is based on the brand's own comparative data from before and after the engagement; the change in Authority Score is based on SEMrush data. Absolute revenue and advertising budget figures are not shared, for reasons of commercial confidentiality. These results are specific to TuruncuKasa's period and circumstances, and do not constitute a guarantee of results for other brands.
